Leaving Puerto Madryn, south along National Route N º 3, and after traveling about 80 km on pavement and passing the city of Trelew should take Provincial Route No. 1, on this gravel road, after 107 miles arrive at Punta Tombo, the largest continental reserve of Magellanic penguins (Spheniscus magellanicus).Income is paid as in the rest of the provincial reserves, the reserve has toilet facilities and bar. To observe the wildlife is important to respect the trails perfectly set for travel.Upon returning remaining even some interesting options to visit, at the conclusion of the gravel may take National Route No. 25, opting to go to the coast, visiting Rawson (capital of the province) and Union Beach, where you can glimpse from the spa’s beautiful Commerson’s dolphins or visit the port.
